| This
is a one-day fundraiser for the Calgary Firefighters Burn Treatment
Society and has raised over $200,000 since it’s inception 19 years ago.
Your donation at the door gets you grub, beverages, live music,
entertainment by the Gunfighter’s Western Stunt Club and of course, the
famous Barrel Wagon Races. There are also a number of great raffle
prizes with the proceeds donated to the Calgary Firefighters Burn
Treatment Society.
This
years' event was held on Friday, July 13th during Stampede week at
the Calgary Horseshoe Club and raised over $10,000 pushing Univar past
the $200,000 threshold. Univar is now the single largest overall
donor to the CFBTS. The
